touhou 14.5: Urban Legend in Limbo is the 14.5th installment of Touhou developed by ZUN in collaboration with Twilight Frontier, having it’s intial Trial version launched in 2014, published in 2015, and later on 2016 on PlayStation 4 as part of Play, Doujin!, with an exclusive story arc for Reisen Udongein Inaba.
Touhou 14.5 also featured the first apparition of Sumireko Usami, adding her to the roster of playable characters, the others being: Reimu, Marisa, Mokou, Nitori, Koishi, Ichirin, Futo, Byakuren, Miko, Mamizou, Kokoro, Shinmyoumaru and Kasen. Story time. There’s been several urban legends that have been worrying children and adults in Gensokyo. As it was discovered, the anomalies were able to be controlled as long as the host wasn’t scared of them, but treated as jokes, until things started going wrong.
