Touhou 12.8: Fairy Wars Overview
Touhou 12.8, or alternatively known as Yousei Daisensou, Touhou Sangetsusei, 妖精大戦争 or 東方三月精 is the 12.8th installment of the Touhou series. Touhou 12.8 is released in 2010. In Touhou 12.8, the starring character is Cirno, being the only character you’re able to play as and you have only one shot type.
Cirno has been challenged (or she challenged) by The Three Fairies of Light. Winner gets full permission to terrorize humans in the name of fairies. So Cirno by any means accepted.
